Ao contrário dos torneios de varias mesas o Sit & Go começa assim que há suficientes jogadores à mesa. Normalmente, um torneio consiste em nove ou dez jogadores ao redor de uma mesa única, mas também há opções para duas ou três mesas.

Sit & Go também é chamado de Torneio Sigle Table, apesar de os torneios Sit & Go ter mais de uma mesa, normalmente no máximo 5 mesas. A maior diferença mesmo é que ele começa quando se completa o número de jogadores, que são 10 em sigle table (uma mesa), 20 em duas mesas e assim por diante.

No SnG 7 perdem e 3 ganham, por isso o nome poker73. É aparentemente mais difíl de ganhar, mas é aonde você ganhará mais experiencia e maiores lucros (pense em rakeback).

Tickets will be closed only in exceptional cases. Of course, you can close processed tickets on your own if you want to arrange your tickets more clearly. All you have to do is a click on "please close" in the respective ticket.
There is no response to my ticket.

What is a ticket?
Our support is processed via the ticket system. You'll find a ticket overview under help. If you have a question or a problem, create a new ticket and include all relevant information.
New tickets will usually be answered within 24 hours. Already opened tickets (already answered tickets) are located at a certain support person which is the reason why they could take a bit longer.

I haven't received the login data for TeamSpeak or I lost it.
Your member name is at the same time your login name for TeamSpeak. Your TeamSpeak password is shown under "Live Coaching" in your profile.

Full Tilt Poker
How does it work with the $50 bonus money?
The $50 bonus money will be credited to your account in $5 steps. You can check your status under "bonus account" in the cashier.
You need to clear the bonus within 120 days.
I already have an account at Full Tilt Poker.
We are not able to transfer your starting capital to Full Tilt Poker since for this, we need an account which is registered with our bonus code.
Unfortunately it's impossible to retrack your account to us.

During the import of new point lists, our system displays wrong data (incl. member status) for a short period of time (max. 2 hours). This issue shows up at every update and unfortunately we can't change it.
We ask you to refrain from creating tickets and forum threads regarding this issue.
What is the Member Reward System?
PokerStrategy promotes players who play a lot with several benefits, for example, a monthly bonus program and extended content. Your status is calculated according to your StrategyPoints that you have accumulated during the last 4 weeks. You can find information about the member status and your accumulated points from Bronze upwards on the main page.

What shall I do when my points show up only partly or not at all?
Normally the data that is displayed is correct. But it in the individual case it could occur that points are missing. Is this the case, please let us know via ticket and explain us as precisely as possible in which period of time you assume an issue and how many points are missing in your opinion.
When will my status be updated?
The StrategyPoints will be updated once per week. The updates usually take place between Monday and Wednesday.
Mansion Poker
I already have an account at Mansion Poker.
We are not able to transfer your starting capital to Mansion Poker. However it's maybe possible to track your account to us in order that you could accumulate strategy points.
For this purpose, please create a new ticket with the subject "Retrack Mansion Poker" and let us know your account ID which you can find in the form of "123-456-789" under "Account Summary" in the Cashier .

PartyPoker
Do I have to deposit money in order to receive starting capital?
You don't have to deposit your own money. The advice from PartyPoker is related to the real money account which will be activated automatically as soon as we transfer your starting capital into it.
Therefore you must only register in the cashier as well as validate your e-mail.
How does it work with the $100 bonus money?
After you have entered your account at the end of this page, we will transfer exactly $1 to your PartyPoker account. This dollar opens the $50 bonus in your account.

Now you can start to play with these $50! Attention: You have 90 days to collect 300 basic PartyPoints (NO MULTIPLIER!) otherwise the bonus expires and you lose the $50 (or what's left).

After you got the $50 starting capital you can clear an additional $100 bonus on PartyPoker. You will get this as soon as you have collected the first 300 basic PartyPoints (NO MULTIPLIER!).

The bonus will be paid as soon as you have collected additional 600 basic PartyPoints, a total of 900 basic PartyPoints, on PartyPoker. You have to clear the $100 bonus within 90 days. Otherwise it expires.
How many PartyPoints do I already have?
There are standard- and bonus points with a multiplicator (e.g. x2 for Queens) at PartyPoker. Bonus points aren't considered when clearing a bonus and also not for our site. For both count only the standard points which you get in according to this table.
How many standard points you have generated at a certain day is displayed in the PartyPoints statements. (You have to be logged into PartyPoker in order to load this site.)

What is the difference between account ID and screen name?
You can see your screen name under "My Account" -> "My Account" -> "Your Profile" and you can change it every six months. It's the name which is shown when you seat at the table.
However, important for us is only the acount ID because this account is allocated towards the StrategyPoints, for example.
That's why it's important to ensure that you enter the account ID and not the screen name by mistake.

How does PokerStrategy work?
Due to the fact that we bring new players to the various poker rooms, we receive a sort of provision with which we finance the starting capital, as well as promotions and content.

I need a new or 2nd licence of PokerTracker and PokerAce.
The licences are generated from PockerTracker and PokerAce. In the case you haven't received the original mail or have installed a new program, please consult them directly.

PokerTracker: Write an e-mail to support@pokertracker.com and include your product ID which you'll find in PockerTracker under "Help" -> "About PockerTracker".

PokerAce: Go to this link and enter your e-mail address with which you have registered at PokerStrategy.
What do I have to do in order to get licences of PokerTracker and PokerAce?
In order to qualify for the licences of PokerTracker and PokerAce, you need to accumulate 2000 Lifetime StrategyPoints.
Furthermore you shouldn't have received your starting capital before 15th January 2006.
Quiz
How does the quiz work?
Before you can enter the quiz, you must fill out your personal data and read the strategy articles for beginners. Thereafter you can try your first attempt at the quiz. The quiz consists of 20 question with multiple choice answers. In the case of a failed attempt, you are blocked from the quiz for one hour. Use this time to read the strategy articles again.
After you've passed the quiz, you can choose a poker platform where you then create your account in order to enter the account ID in your PokerStrategy profile.
I have passed the quiz, and now?
After you've chosen your poker platform and registered your account ID in your PokerStrategy profile, it normally takes up to 48 hours until your starting capital is transferred. It's possible that you'll receive a passport request from us, therefore you should not forget to check your mailbox and if necessary, your spam directory.
I haven't received my starting capital.
When you've passed the quiz more than 48 hours ago, but haven't received your starting capital yet, at first, please make sure you have completed all necessary steps which is indicated by a green check mark, whereas a red check mark indicates a missing statement. You should take a look if you have received a ticket or mail from us. When this is not the case, write us a ticket.
What is the quiz?
Our quiz consists of 20 poker related questions. The quiz assures that our starting capital gift of $50 is not gambled away due to bad knowledge about poker. That's the reason why every member has only five attempts. That's why it is so important to read our strategy article for beginners thoroughly before you start the quiz.
Security
I've sent my ID-scan, when do I get my starting capital?
The verification of your ID-scan takes usually 48 hours. This applies also for the transfer of your starting capital. Thus you will receive your $50 within 96 hours after you've sent your ID-scan.

Why do I have to send an ID-Card scan?
The requests for a copy of your ID-Card will be taken randomly. Unfortunately this is now necessary in order to prevent double accounts and cheating attempts. Further information is provided in our general terms and conditions (§3).
Tell-a-Friend Programme
A referred friend doesn't show up in my advertised friends list?
There could be several reasons. If you are sure that your advertised friend has entered your name as referrer correctly, then create a ticket and describe your issue. Don't forget to mention the member name of your advertised friend!

How does the bonus pay out work?
You'll find your "Tell-a-Friend" account on the home page. As soon as you have earned at least $50 with our TAF-System, you can demand your promotion bonus and choose one of the available poker rooms for a payout.

The transfer usually takes place beween Wednesday and Friday. Apply to the support in the case you should wait longer than a week for your bonus payout.
